We’re seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our sales team and drive growth within our existing mid-market client base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for nurturing client relationships while identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Ideagen’s comprehensive suite of governance, risk, and compliance software solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with established clients who rely on our solutions to manage critical business processes, while helping them maximize value through strategic account expansion. 

Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all things related to our GRC software solutions.
  • Your day-to-day will involve conducting regular business reviews with key stakeholders, understanding their evolving compliance and risk management needs, and presenting tailored solutions that drive additional value.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with our product specialists and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation of new solutions, while working with our sales team to identify expansion opportunities within your accounts.
  • Additionally, you’ll be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives, maintaining accurate forecasting in our CRM system

Skills and Experience

  • You bring account management experience within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of successfully growing existing accounts in the mid-market segment.
  • You have demonstrable experience in upselling and cross-selling software solutions, ideally within the governance, risk, compliance, or adjacent sectors such as quality management or health and safety.
  • Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to build strong relationships with C-level executives and department heads while articulating complex technical solutions in business terms.
  • You’re comfortable with consultative selling approaches and have experience managing longer deal cycles  
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self-motivated to achieve targets, and have a genuine interest in helping organizations improve their operational efficiency through technology solutions
