We have an unparalleled opportunity for a dedicated Account Manager to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying growth opportunities.
- Manage client accounts and act as the primary liaison.
- Build strong relationships to understand client needs and objectives.
- Develop account strategies and monitor performance.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams especially customer success for timely service delivery.
- Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience up-selling, cross-selling and achieving revenue retention goals
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer first mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changes.
- Problem-solving mindset with a results-oriented approach.
