Ideagen is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-level projects utilising the DevonWay software stack. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality. This position demands a thorough understanding of enterprise B2B software and the ability to handle complex scenarios involving multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams and external clients, driving successful software solution deliveries while effectively managing project scopes and timelines.

- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale enterprise projects built on the DevonWay software stack.
- Collaborate with customers to document requirements and ensure deliverables align with project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with internal departments throughout the project lifecycle to ensure company-wide alignment and resource availability.
- Maintain a clear communication flow with all stakeholders, addressing any challenges that arise during project execution.
- Drive project progress and motivate internal resources to complete tasks on time, while adeptly managing expectations with customers.
- Utilise project management tools to create and maintain project schedules, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support a collaborative work environment.
- Employ effective problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations and negotiate solutions that align with project goals.

- Proven track record as a Project Manager with experience in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Comfortable having difficult conversations with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy.
- Excellent communication, time-management, negotiation, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practises.
- Proficient in project management software, particularly in developing project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) is advantageous.
