As a Technical Account Manager with Ideagen, you will play a pivotal role in representing our innovative technology solutions to our valued customers. This hybrid position allows you to engage directly with clients, guiding them in optimising their use of the DevonWay platform while also driving the development of tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. - Serve as the primary point of contact for named customers, engaging with all levels of management.
- Proactively identify opportunities to extend the use of DevonWay, suggesting new applications or expanding the user base of existing ones.
- Analyse customer needs and propose improvements to enhance platform utilisation.
- Conduct training sessions for users on deployed applications, ensuring they are equipped to maximise their use of the platform.
- Collaborate with project managers to provide work estimates and project plans.
- Utilise an agile methodology to design and configure applications based on user stories and tickets.
- Adhere to the Ideagen Software Quality Assurance (SQA) process in all developments.
- Plan and manage data conversions, third-party system interfaces, and reference data loads as needed.
- Design, build, test, and deploy SSRS and/or Business Intelligence reports.
- Develop, test, and deploy key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Not a citizen of any other country (no dual citizenship).
- Able to pass a security background check.
- Able to achieve U.S. government security clearance.
- Able to travel occasionally.
- Strong customer focus with a comfort level in engaging with a diverse range of customers, including executives.
- Proficient in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and proven ability to manage tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to remain composed under high-pressure situations, such as service outages or urgent technical issues.
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, capable of navigating complex technical challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to connect business and technical requirements for effective solution delivery.
