 We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives to understand their business needs and present Ideagen’s solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A supportive and collaborative work environment.
