Ideagen is seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to work in Tampa, Florida and play a vital role in executing marketing strategies that drive awareness and engagement, supporting lead generation and contributing to the sales pipeline. Working collaboratively across teams, this role ensures effective campaign execution across multiple digital channels, measures performance and maintains data integrity within the CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign execution: Assist in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, including digital content, promotional emails and social media activities, to build interest and demand among prospects and customers.
  • Content development and distribution: Prepare engaging campaign content, such as white papers, videos, blogs and case studies, for distribution across relevant channels for lead generation.
  • Collaboration and coordination: Work closely with the social media and web marketing teams for timely content publishing. Coordinate with internal and central marketing teams to align with global campaigns for local markets.
  • Event management: Plan and support marketing events, ensuring quality execution on schedule to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Use web analytics tools to measure digital marketing performance, track key metrics (e.g., campaign engagement rates, click-through rates) and generate insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Account-based marketing support: Assist in executing account-based marketing initiatives, working alongside sales to support pipeline goals.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce and Pardot
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and achieving campaign KPIs
