We are seeking a bright and energetic Account Executive Sales Team Member to become an integral part of the Global Sales team. Candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in Business Development and Sales for existing customers as part of the Ideagen EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Business Line.

 

Interested candidates must be able to success in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, focused on Software as a Service (SaaS) / Cloud Based Enterprise Software Sales. Once hired, they will join a successful team with extensive experience across various business and technology solution areas.

Responsibilities

● Develop account plan activities for a selection of existing customers to focus on growth strategy
● Coordinate activities around customer needs that focus on Upsell initiatives of new Solutions, Integrations and Customer Support 
● Lead all renewal activities focused on providing uplift, annual increase and ensure all renewals are completed prior to the expiration date
● Facilitate and coordinate team meetings when additional resources are required to support the sales activity
● Develop cost estimates and statement of work documents using company templates
● Ability to present clear and articulate presentations in front of large audiences both in a virtual and face to face environment
● Perform a post-mortem analysis of select Closed Win opportunities to identify opportunities to ensure success is repeatable.
● Stay updated on the company roadmap, new product features and new business additions 
● Continuously learn, update skills, and stay aware of industry trends in the EHS Software space
● Stay up to date with competitive analysis and market differentiation.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience using MEDDPICC Sales Qualifying Techniques and methodologies required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Enterprise Sales with a focus in Environment, Health, and Safety space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or IT related fields.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Familiarity with Sales Force Management sales practices and Value Framework a plus.
  • Prior experience in Consulting or Software Sales a plus
  • Excellent organizational management skills with the ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering complex mathematic analysis a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve common objectives
