Ideagen is seeking a Data Consultant for its Audit Analytics product. The Data Consultant will be the primary contact for data centric questions for Ideagen's Audit Analytics customers - both external and internal. They will be knowledgable about the wide variety of Audit Analytics databases in order to answer questions and analyze search results to help our customers get the highest value from their subscriptions. They will interpret the findings and insights derived from the data to provide meaningful explanations to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform as primary contact for data centric product related questions for internal and external customers
  • Interpret insights derived from the data to provide meaningful explanations to clients 
  • Analyze and escalate issues to proper Ideagen departments and channels
  • Interact face-to-face with clients regarding onboarding, training, or sales calls as needed
  • Create high-quality articles and documentation that effectively address common user queries and issues
  • Conduct research, gather information, and organize data via various applications including Excel

  • Excellent aptitude for problem solving and research
  • Willingness and ability to understand user needs and identify sensitive situations
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and communicate to a non-technical audience
  • Clear, concise, and compelling verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Understanding of key concepts of user-level documentation and FAQ creation.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM system a plus.
