We are seeking a Senior Account Executive experienced in SaaS and Quality markets to become an integral part of the global sales team. Candidates should demonstrate a high drive in net new logo selling (hunter mentality) as well as upselling existing customers as part of the Ideagen Quality Business Line.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct self-driven research and understanding of our clients’ challenges and changes to the industries in which we sell and partner.
  • Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new business to meet annual goals.
  • Drive net new business activities to grow Ideagens revenue and customer base
  • Coordinate activities around customer needs that focus on Upsell initiatives of new solutions, integrations and customer support 
  • Works with the Sales and Marketing teams to define plans for lead and prospect generation. It is expected that the AE will self-prospect in addition to the leads provided via marketing.
  • Understand target markets and how Ideagen Products benefit these markets to meet compliance and quality needs.
  • Ensure all communications and opportunity progression with leads and prospects and opportunity progress are kept current in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Works with internal team to ensure marketing materials and tactics are on message.
  • Travel when necessary to visit prospects and customer locations to develop/maintain relationships.
  • Provide product feedback and competitor information from the field to the internal team.
  • Be the voice and advocate for the company's purpose and mission.
  • Share insights and experience in team and company discussions.

Skills and Experience

  • Interested candidates must be able to demonstrate success in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment focused on SaaS/Cloud Based Enterprise Software Sales. Once hired, they will join a successful team with extensive experience across various business and technology solution areas.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Enterprise Sales with a focus on new logos and existing customer growth.
  • Proven experience using MEDDPICC Sales Qualifying Techniques and methodologies or comparable sales training.
  • Strong drive and hunter mentality for driving net new revenue required.
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to seek out and build lasting relationships.
  • Able to work on a team or individually.
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Accepts and responds to feedback quickly and positively.
  • Passion for continuous learning.
