Ideagen  is seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery Consultant to provide guidance to our customers based on product knowledge in order to expedite their time to value of Ideagen DevonWay products. You will assist the Strategic Review of Customer Processes, Documentation, and Requirements in order to consult and guide Customers to achieve the greatest success from their utilization of Ideagen DevonWay products. The use of Industry knowledge and experience to collaboratively work with Customers in order to meet their Regulatory and Statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Build effective and successful relationships with clients and work with them as a trusted partner · Supporting, guiding and advising clients on how to configure Ideagen software, providing training as required, and delivering complex solutions for customization of both products and systems.
  • Delivery of the Scope of Service Delivery projects, maximizing the benefits of Ideagen products and services whilst minimizing clients Time to Value.
  • Deliver high quality services to Ideagen DevonWay customers, either Remotely or Onsite as determined on a case by case basis in order to meet the specific requirements of the customer.
  • Provide configuration, training and support to Ideagen DevonWay customers.
  • Be a product expert for one of Ideagen DevonWay's flagship products, as well as at least one other product within the Ideagen DevonWay portfolio.
  • Participate in multiple projects from conception to completion.
  • Provide statistical and written business intelligence to the Ideagen DevonWay Customer Success Department to assist in the continual improvement of our products and services.
  • Support Ideagen DevonWay Sales and Marketing teams by providing professional advice, attending conferences, or assisting with software demonstrations.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, or Computer Science).
  • Practiced and comfortable having difficult conversations with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy when interacting with external and internal customers.
  • Excellent communication, time-management, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have Project Experience related to an industry of focus for Ideagen DevonWay ideally  including Energy, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals, Engineering & Construction, Government & National Labs, Manufacturing, or Aviation.
